National Infertility Awareness Week: More Than
National Infertility Awareness Week (NIAW) is observed this year from April 19 to April 25. Founded by RESOLVE, NIAW is dedicated to raising awareness, reducing stigma, and advocating for those navigating infertility.
This year’s theme is More Than.
What Is NIAW?
National Infertility Awareness Week shines a light on the fact that infertility affects people of all backgrounds and family structures. It encourages education, open conversation, and support for the one in six people who experience infertility.
NIAW reminds us that no one should have to navigate this journey alone.
What “More Than” Means
The More Than theme asks us to look beyond assumptions.
Infertility is:
-
More than a diagnosis
-
More than a treatment plan
-
More than statistics or timelines
It is a deeply personal experience that includes hope, grief, strength, and resilience. This theme creates space for the full story, not just the medical side.
How RBA Is Recognizing NIAW
At Reproductive Biology Associates, we believe fertility care should always be more than clinical treatment, which is why we have always been committed to going above and beyond to provide care that is personal.
During National Infertility Awareness Week, our team is:
-
Sharing patient stories and educational content on our social media platforms (@reproductivebiologyassociates on Facebook and Instagram)
-
Wearing orange to show support
-
Encouraging open, compassionate conversations
-
Continuing to provide individualized, inclusive care
Above all, we are reaffirming our commitment to meeting patients with empathy and respect at every step.
You Are More Than Your Journey
If you are navigating infertility, know this: you are more than what you are going through.
More than a diagnosis. More than a cycle.
This week and every week, the RBA team is here to support you.
