What is an Egg Shower?
An egg shower is a concept derived directly from the baby shower. It is an event where loved ones come together to celebrate someone who has either already frozen or plans to freeze their eggs to preserve their future fertility.
Fertility preservation, by way of egg freezing, is a decision that, for many, takes significant time and consideration to move forward with. It’s also mentally, emotionally, and physically demanding. Bloodwork, hormone injections, and retrieval are all a part of the journey to protecting your future reproductive options, which is no small feat.
Beginnings Deserve Celebration
On a fertility journey, it can be incredibly difficult to not be consumed by the destination. Egg showers are a reminder that there is beauty in celebrating every step along the path of reaching your family building goals.
